Youth & Young Adult Programs
Supporting first-gen, immigrants, and BIPOC youth ages 14-35 with mentorship, career development, and leadership opportunities.
Our core programming focuses on navigating critical life transitions. We provide one-on-one mentorship, career readiness workshops, and a supportive community network to ensure no young person has to walk their path alone.
Am I Eligible?
- Ages 14–35
- First-generation, immigrant, and BIPOC young people
- Based in or connected to Greater Boston or the Merrimack Valley (Lawrence, MA)
- Free for all participants — no income requirement
Tech Access & Opportunity
Building future-ready learners through digital access to tools that unlock education, career growth, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
We close the gap by providing access to devices, software, and digital resources; teaching digital literacy and foundational tech skills (including AI tools); connecting youth to mentors, internships, and project-based learning; and supporting builders and creators with guidance to launch ideas into the real world.
Am I Eligible?
- Youth and students without reliable access to a device or internet at home
- Enrolled in or referred through an MWP program, school, or partner organization
- Massachusetts residents in our Greater Boston & Merrimack Valley service area

Creative Apprenticeship Program
We pay talented young creatives to work on real projects for outside clients.
A dual-impact model: Local businesses get high-quality, affordable marketing services, while young creatives build professional portfolios and earn income. This bridges the gap between talent and opportunity.
Am I Eligible?
- Ages 16–35 with creative talent in video, design, photography, or media
- Portfolio or work samples required — phone-quality work is fine
- Complete our short application and a friendly interview
- Selected apprentices are paid for real client work
Leadership & Civic Engagement
Building future leaders through boards, committees, and advisory councils that amplify diverse voices.
We don't just ask youth to sit at the table; we prepare them to lead it. Our leadership initiatives place young people on boards and advisory councils, ensuring diverse voices shape the future of our communities.
Am I Eligible?
- Ages 16–35
- Active in an MWP program or recommended by a partner organization
- Interested in board service, committees, or advisory councils
- No prior leadership experience required — we train you
Community Events & Workshops
Culture-forward gatherings, festivals, and conferences celebrating multicultural communities.
From arts festivals to educational summits, our events celebrate culture and foster belonging. We bring together thousands of community members to connect, learn, and celebrate shared heritage.
